Most of their "customer service reps" cannot speak English enough to understand them. The other half transfer you to another department because they are not the one you are needing.

Your regular rep never calls you back when you have issues. The developers are just as bad. When you use developers from non American companies you cheat your clients. Issues still linger from January 2015 with no resolve to any of them.

I call and report the case number and ask why nothing has been followed up on and I am told someone will call me back.

It is not DECEMBER and still nothing.

I will NEVER use ADP and their "Ambassador" program is a HUGE joke. DO you really think I am going to ask someone to use ADP when I have this many issues?

I agree. I have been trying to submit cobra election for 2 days.

When I hit submit, it says website is not working. ADP says it's my computer.

I've tried multiple browser, clearing cache, apple, pc, nothing worked. They just suck.
