ADP - Old bill
Received a call from ADP about an outstanding balance that our company which has been closed for past two years had with ADP. No one ever billed us but we do owe them $83. After telling them I would send the $83 if they would provide a mailing address the ADP REP goes on to say that if I don't pay the bill I would be sent to Collections. I had already admitted that Iย owed them the amount and would pay SO WHY DO I NEED TO BE THREATEN WITH COLLECTIONS. Seems rather overkill.
Aother problem with ADP is that many of their phone numbers go to a Call Center in India where "Annie" answers and when you try to find out if you have the right departmentย "Annie" keeps repeating the name of the department but won't let me explain why I made the call.ย ย When I asked a second time if I had the correct number she just hung up.
It's employees like these that give ADP a bad name...fifteen years ago when I started with them they believed in Customer Resolution of Problems now they just have a bunch of Indians who really don't understand English to answer their phones and cause more problems with their attitude than they resolve problems for the company.
