All I need is a FAX number!
All I need is a fax number to give to the state to send a garnishment modification letter. No fax number on any site.
Chat support is more useless than there automated phone system. I’ve been on hold for over a HOUR just to get a damn fax number. This is ridiculous.
I have until 5pm to get the fax number or my paycheck is going to be screwed. Thanks ADP!

Apparently ADP hires imbeciles for developers
Waiting for ADP payroll deposit to access my netspend card
My health care company in Brooklyn Park MN just recently change payroll services to ADP as of July 1,2019. I handled in my direct deposit slip on the last pay period of June 28, 2019.
My first new deposit from ADP is today, July 12, 2019. I called my work faculty at 9am to tell them about my payroll issue and they stated: waiting for a ADP tracking number, still waiting it's around 12:52pm now. It's a shame that I can't call ADP about my payroll, the company has too. Why should I be inconvenience about my payroll.
I have bills to pay and family that depends on me. I'm not the only one complaining, I guess it's time to go back to the paper check.
I don't need these problems and issues with my payroll check, which I work hard and love my job. I will be disconnecting this service with my job.

Horrible, illegally withholding my w2 and tax documents
It is now May 24th and I still go without my w2 statements from ADP. I have been contacting ADP for months with zero resolution. It seems ADP has locked me out of their whole system.
When I attempt to login to ipay as instructed it will not give me any access. ADP reset my password numerous times and still no access. You can see the screen shots and email thread I have had with ADP.
After ADP became responsive to my request, we tried to reset it numerous times with no luck. They requested screen shot after screen shot which I provided and still no luck.
I requested that ADP mail me my w2 and they said only if I send them more screen shots of my ipay account not working. I find that a little distasteful and a I think it may be illegal.
After CC’ my attorney ADP eventually said they would mail it. I replied back to ADP and asked which address they have. They responded back with my old address 8602 Banyan Bay Blvd which I have changed with ADP half a dozen times in the past year.
I told them my correct address again and still no w2. I also requested time after time a letter or something I can give to the IRS to explain that this is not my fault and I shouldn’t be held liable for filing my taxes late. I will incur many fines, penalties and interest from this as I have numerous business taxes to file with my personal.
Going through this immense legal battle with ADP has caused me a lot of financial problems. Over 50,000 in attorney fees alone. Not having my w2 is stopping me from getting any sort of financing I need to continue on with my legal battle and provide for my family.
ADP should be held responsible for this. They are downright withholding my tax statements and causing me irreputable harm and damage. I am on the *** of losing my home due to this.

Altogether Terrible, How Do You Stay Employed?
I've tried to look up my information, to no avail. I don't check my info very often, but when I do, I expect it to be at hand when I want to see.
I did the "song and dance" with the first time password and user I.D. I have nothing but trouble with this application.
PayCom is far superior (i do not work for them, but used their app many, many times and not one failure). Every time I get on ADP there is either a hoop for me to jump through, (don't tell me its for my safety....my password is 16 digits long unbreakable), or like as of right now...there is an error on the server and I cannot access my info. By far and large, the worst app ever!
I wish I did not need to use it, but my employer uses it, so I must comply. Get you act together ADP! I will never tell anyone how "well" your app is because it is actually a failure. Word of mouth is very powerful.
And social media is at my fingertips.
It wont be slander, because its all TRUE! If I could curse...ohhh mylanta.
1 year later still no explanation
We started with ADP when we bought our company they came in with lots of promises and when we started everything was screwed up they pulled 401(k) from our employees paychecks even though we had not set 401(k) up yet this was in February and went on till June we finally found out not from them but from the IRS sending our employees letters claiming they hadn’t paid their loan. They have not helped and I have had to do all the legwork and am out 20,000 that they cannot tell me where it had gone and even went as far as saying I owed it.
I have never worked with more incompetent people in my life and can’t understand how they stay in business unless they’re doing payroll for the government because anyone that works for their money Or has a business would be crazy to work with these clowns. I’m also in talks with my lawyers preparing suit.

Terrible service! wells fargo payroll switched services,I got charged exhorbitan amounts.
Wells fargo bank transferred payroll services to ADP. I was promised a rate of 35$ /pay roll with one time 100$ discount.
first pay roll never received my pay roll report,,and got charged 88$. so far never got a satisfactory answer.
client services referred me back to the local manager I dealt with,
so far never got a good answer.
As a Physician i feel my time was wasted in tall claims and exceptional service,but nothing has panned out.

So when you go online through ADP. You have an option to download the transcript.
Download it and open it up.
On the very first page, it shows a generic fax cover letter from franchise tax board to ADP. It shows the fax number 909-612-****
Not sure if it will help you a month later, but the fax number for their "garnishment department" is 909-612-****. It'll take them 24 hours to receive the fax and another 48 hours to review the fax, then 1-2 pay periods for the changes to take effect. Terrible place really.
