System simply does not work
My company called adp w me on speaker. I can not get the service I am am supposed to. Was given case number over a week ago w no results and they won't respond to feedback. They can't produce and don't care enough to even answer complaints . I am talking about basic services. It just does not work. A rep took all info over phone and created a case number but nothing happened. For a company not follow up on problems they create show they could care less about the customer. They collect the money but the service ends there.

Direct Deposit Review
Adp/money network..I was given this card by employer for direct deposit of my paycheck, which guarantees that when you put money on check you can cash at walmart...total lie, walmart system refused to to cash, when I called Monrynetwork, they insisted check was good it wasn't! I had to write void on check, fax to them,And THEY Would Put Back On Adp card, Been 4 Days AND Still Have NOT Recieved My Money back, NOW I Late Fee For rent, No Food Or Gas Money, THIS System Is A Total Rip off

Flex Spending Horror Story
I have submitted my claim within the time set by my employer, but because my employer is not renewing their contract with ADP they are withholding my funds the largest amount of time I guess allowed. Every representative that I spoke to states "well your company has cancelled their contract for 2014". If you can understand the broken english you just hear that same old same old... oh give us 3-5 days for resolution. It has been 2+ weeks. Give me my money! After speaking with my HR person, this is the exact reason our VERY large company has canceled services with ADP flex spending.

Closed account twice
Adp canceled both cards we have without notifying us in December. When we called they said it was because of the Target breach. They said one card was not affected and was still good, that was a lie, went to use it later with no luck. Called them back and they opened it for 24 hours ago we could get our money. Went to use it today february 25 no luck, called and they said because we didn't respond to a letter they say they sent about updating our phone number they closed the account completely. They said they called, emailed and sent a letter, neither my wife or myself received anything from Adp. Now they are saying it could take 7 days to closer the account and another 7 days to receive a check for what money we had in our account. What a joke of a company, customer service sucks and is no help. So now we have to wait to get our money and pay our bills late. Thanks Adp!

Out of twelve calls i have made to ADP, ten have been a nightmare
I have power of attorney for my 97 year old father. ADP has the power of attorney document. I, as well as my father's bank manager, have dealt with ADP on twelve occasions over issues with automatic payments (problem is on ADP side). Except on two ocassions, ADP customer service personnel have been consistently rude, unhelpful, adamant in refusing to even simply giving me the address where I am supposed to send the payments so that I could pay my father's insurance so they would not cancel it. I, or the bank manager, have never, ever dealt with such difficult, unprofessional and rude people in our entire careers. It looks as though ADP really wants my father to miss payments so they can drop my father and mother, both in their 90's, and save money. I just want to make the payments and they won't let me because they refuse to give me such simple a thing as their address. My frustration with them knows no limits because their arrogance and disregard for the customer is the worst I have ever experienced.

HORRIBLE customer service
First of all, if you are the employee of a firm that uses ADP, you aren't allowed to talk to ADP, only your company rep can. Secondly I am a FORMER employee of a firm that used ADP and couldn't get in touch with anyone at my former employer because everyone in HR was quitting and no one would/could call me back to help me since they weren't there anymore so I had no way to get in touch with my the ADP rep. I was having a simple tech issue with the ADP website and not able to view my pay stubs. After spending an hour trying to find a phone number that would get me to an actual person at ADP [without the automated system just telling me to call my company and then hanging up on me] I finally found a number on a random internet forum (of people complaining about ADP) that got me to a person. This person then was nice enough to transfer me to PC support, however that support person told me it was illegal for them to talk directly to me and that they couldn't help me with this simple problem. She then hung up on me in the middle of begging her to help me since I couldn't get a hold of anyone at my former company to get my ADP rep. She also told me that she couldn't tell me who my rep was because once again the would be "illegal". I know I was getting annoying, but it was because I had no options...either way don't hang up on me...at least have a little decency and send me to someone that could help. Suffice it to say I will never ever choose this company as a service provider for ANYTHING. Ironically I've started my own business since leaving that prior firm and I am looking for a payroll/HR outsourcing company...you guessed it, IT WON'T BE ADP!!!!

Card shipping
my card was locked up by Visa for a false charge that was on the 27th of Sept. I will be getting my card on Oct. 8th. Calling on 4 seperate occasions and when all the way up to a manager and I was lied to by everyone at this company and treated like a piece of dirt. Do not do business with this company they are worse than Wally world! They told me they could not ship the card overnight but amazingly enough they shipped it while I was on the phone with them, even though they kept saying it had shipped Friday but they shipped it tonight.

ADP state income tax withholding
I noticed that my Georgia state income tax withholding increased by about $75.00 per paycheck some time around April 2013. After inquiring about this change, my HR rep sent me some information from ADP referencing some changes in the state tax laws that had taken place about a year and a half prior to this time. I researched the law, spoke with accountants, other employer's payroll people, even the head of the Georgia Tax Law and Policy section. These all confirmed that ADP is misinterpreting the current tax laws and improperly calculating my tax withholding, however, they refuse to listen to my complaints and try to resolve this issue.

Wage Garnishment
Wage garnishment in the state of Texas is illegal, unless its for back taxes, child or spouse support or student loans. Well, ADP processed a wage garnishment against me that was for something other than what is allowed. When I called about the garnishment, ADP told me they would check with my employer, they then called me back and said that my employer said it was legal because they have offices in many states and they in NO SUCH LAW. Well, I'm here to say that is untrue, ADP doesn't check laws before doing such things, which in turn makes a liability for the company that employed them to "help". The call center supervisor decided to tell me what the laws are in my state, not even knowing what state I was in, he was saying in Ohio, I am in TEXAS, can you listen? This is a horrible company, we employ them to do our taxes, w-2's and paycards. All of which are horrible. This company should have to take responsibility for its OWN actions, creating lawsuits galore for employess of the companies who use these services

I have order saying child support is to be paid on the 1st and 15th and it is garnished and paid by ADP. I rarely get it on the date it is due today is the 17th and it has not posted. It was previously mailed so I called about direct deposit thinking that would speed it up, but nope didn't help. As a company if I had an order by a judge saying something was due on a date, it would do my best to make sure it was posted that date. I wonder if they hold it to make interest

ADP- My Company Keeps my unclaimed $$ ??
i put aside 3000.00 to get dental work done. before i could complete my dental work the dental office went out of business. now i have no receipts to claim my $2000.00 that was remaining. my company HR department stated the irs allow THEM to keep MY MONEY.. I dont understand how they can keep what isnt theirs? this is unfair to people who are struggling! if anyone knows how i can fight and win this case please advise? i have no money for any attorney! wtf! can i fight this? has anyone gone through this? pls email me loveli_one28@***.com

In 2011, we began w/ADP Payroll & Retirement services- I agreed through Internet conversation to pay $130/mo to HR dept. When I attempted to notify them of ending admin in Dec. 2013, they advised me I agreed to $1500 termination fee. They could not support that through any signed agreement from me & sent me an app for Small Market Plan I supposedly knew of & agreed to. There were check marks on it, not mine,AND fees for 10 participants when I KNEW I began w/only 5 and would always be only 5. Fradulent representation of something I supposedly did- And $600+ overcharge for 5 additional 401K people NEVER on it-

Payroll was supposed pulled from our employers account, yet nothing has posted to us employees 3 days since our "pay date." Especially since our employer was setting up everything with ADP, they had chosen to wait to pay us until it went through these guys - it's now been over a month since I've been paid, ADP has NO way for employees to contact them, and they are giving our employer (small business) the run around and he doesn't have all day to stay on the phone chasing their outsourced customer service! The customer service is horrible, the fact that they've taken his money but haven't bothered dispensing it (way for them to garner some extra interest income) and leave no way for anyone to reach them leaves me to believe everything bad I've been reading about them online. If you work for a small business, especially a start up, and rely on getting paid, make sure they do NOT use ADP!!!

We had the same issue. It was ridiculous.
I contacted a friend who went to Tulane and has an HR outsourcing company called CPEhr and spoke with Lacey Hodges (lhodges@***.com). Since then it has been a dream. I actually call and get a live person, not just a live person, but the same person every time no matter what time. I have access to the President of the company named Faith as well.
Any report needed, they provide in hours. Any issue I have it is resolved on the spot ADP is not worth what is paid.
