Errors with the servers EVERY SINGLE payday

ADP - Errors with the servers EVERY SINGLE payday
If I try to process payroll on Thursday for Friday, the servers are so slow and stall out and I have to keep logging back in. I try to process it Wednesday night to get ahead of the game. Processed over half the payroll, then it just stopped responding. I called for help and after holding for 1 hour, gave up..

User's recommendation: Find any other payroll provider. Their servers are horrendous.

Let the company propose a solution

Unbelievably incompetent customer service

We were a happy customer of Benefitmall. ADP acquired Benefitmall and assured us they would convert our data seamlessly to their product. Nearly every employee had the wrong accrual methods, invalid PTO plans, and the conversion manager won't answer my emails or calls. I've dealt with 6 different payroll companies and this is by FAR the worst customer service.

User's recommendation: I would steer clear of ADP unless you have an army of payroll professionals familiar with the ADP product.

ATM snatch back issues

ATM Kroger Griffin Georgia 30223.....sucked my transaction of 400$ back I've called filed despute a month and still no refund or respond concerning my dispute.....I call back over and over poor English speaking people I couldn't understand what they were saying or they didn't know what I was saying........ I was told just a few days now few weeks

Lack of transparency from ADP, failure to keep promises.

ADP acquired a PEO that was handling our payroll. The PEO assured us that the rate for service would remain unchanged. In speaking with ADP rep assigned to us, again, was assured that our rate would not change. When we received the proposal, it was more than triple the current rate. Over a period of two months, several promises were made by both the PEO and ADP rep and manager. NONE of those promises have been kept. Our current payroll service has now ended, and I assume that ADP believes that we will come around to agree to their pricing.

User's recommendation: Find a local company, privately owned, that will tailor a plan to fit your company's budget and needs. ADP seems to use a set fee schedule, regardless of whether your employees are full or part time, and without consideration of what actual costs are (workers' comp, etc).

Getting the run a round

Went to website registered as new user created a pw: got in .cool. Tried to print payment activity and pages came out overwritten and illegible. Tried to log back in, session time out. Info not found, re registered as new user info not found. They created the username for me. Ok cool. I created the pw, ok cool. Re entered login info and got the same run around. I did the pw retrieval created new pw still can't find my info and still cannot log in to acct. There is no contact info no help desk no way to get assistance. Went to find out complaints and reviews and this says it all they are 10 of 65! Rate a 1.3 and this I can finally agree with!!

User's recommendation: Check complaints and reviews first. This is the company taking your hard earned money!

Need to return ADP equipment

Have not received any contact since original communication. Did receive a case number. But, nothing happening.

I worked for ADP, but had an accident and became disabled. No one ever asked for my remote equipment back and I want to return it. I have been trying for 3 years to return it.

Unable to access more than one w-2 o website

I believe I have a tech issue, Employers show as an option but, unable to access more than one w-2. Started with former employers, followed directions to access. Support for this is not an option through ADP beyond repetitive, " ADP cannot; contact your employer!"

Their customer service is a joke. You can never get to talk with anyone before they hang up on you.

I have questions only a person can answer ever time I call they run through the same q&;a and then they hang up on me. They have money of mine that should have been refunded back to me months ago and havent received it. I would like to talk with a person about this issue
