I am trying to get my W-2 from a previous employer.

ADP is telling me to log in to get it. I no longer have access to their website or the employer's. I finally found a phone # for ADP and they said I need to contact my employer to get my W-2. They then questioned me about how I got their phone #, it is apparent that they do not want anyone to contact them.

User's recommendation: I don't know what to do other than report them to the IRS.

Request W2

They didn't help. They wrote me and told me to contact my employer. I will have to write my employer a letter. When I call my employer they tell me to contact ADP. And ADP is not helping me.

Can´t solve problem with ADP Brazil

Sorry to send e-mail to ADP US. I took this action because ADP Brazil can´t solve Yorozu Automotiva do Brasil problem. Our client number 3134. I sent a lot of e-mail to Josué Cremonese ( cordinator in brazil ADP ) e-mail adress josue.cremonese@***.com but he doesn´t answer. Anyway, we had a problem with a vacation payment. I planed vacation to our employee and it was canceled by ADP Brazil system. I don´t know why, we need to solve this. Cold you help me?

I requested my W2 to file my taxes

I was told they didn't find my record on their files. However I went on ADPs website and they recognized who I was. There was a list of previous employers but I could not access the file. I asked for a phone number to talk to someone at ADP... no word yet.

Need to know where my new card is at.

ADP/Wisely likes to send emails as their communication. A phone call is much faster as efficient since not everyone communicates through email. Therefore my request were never taken care because I don't check emails every day.

New Employer Pay Stubs Not Showing Up in Account

My previous employer used ADP and I can still see their pay stubs but my current employer pay stubs are not showing up. My year-end W-2 for my current employer shows up but that is all. I can't get anyone on the phone at ADP to help and my current employer, who is a small company, can't figure out why my pay stubs aren't showing up either. I have received an initial email from ADP so trying to work on it now with them.

User's recommendation: If you are an employee looking to talk to a live person at ADP, I haven't found a way to do that, which is very frustrating. This type of non-customer service is unacceptable. You should always be able to talk with someone live. You will have to do some digging to even find an email address to find help from ADP as an employee. Help only seems to be able to employers.

I requested a print out of my records of payment made through ADP . My name is Francesca Marasco I am connected to New World Industries . Records of checks dating from 2018through 2021

Because they are a government agency

Hence the mismanagement and glitches in everything they do. Think about it, they have cornered the payroll market and can't function except to know all your info.

I wanted to update my info on adp because they updated the app but now to look at your own w2 forms you have to have a code

Well I never got a chance to update my info on the app so now I cant get my w2 they never help with any dam thing you try to call and cant never get any dam body on the dam phone

Records withholding aiding and abetting the state of NJ DOL

Helping to cheat people and Refusing to provide records for employees to prove to the liars at the Dol that people you made money off of qualify . i feel it my responsibility to make clear that you will pay for your evil practices the day you die

We are having the same issue. The account was cancelled but they kept taking money.

There is no way to contact them. They sent an email that stated that a cancellation form needed to be completed but we don't know the answers to some of the questions. Because the account was closed that they were auto debiting they sent the account to collections.

The forms cannot be completed without speaking with someone and they won't take calls. They need to be investigated by a US Attorney for sure.

Excessive fees and errors

ADP charged me fees after fees, debited my payroll account multiple times with erroneous fees they recognized were made in error. Over $ 980.00 worth. When I reached out to the person who signed me up, she gave me the 800# She was more worried about the sale she made and having me run payroll and sign up for the 401K rather than fix my problem first.

User's recommendation: As a small business, I do not recommend ADP.
