ADP is stealing money, and they wont discuss it.
I have a check from ADP that expired. They wont pay me.
They wont re-issue a check. They lie repeatedly whenever I contact them. I may take them to small claims court, which is an ordeal for me, but its the only way. Their customer service is the worst.
They should be shut down. I Have called them at least 20 times for this issue, and each call is long due to long hold time. They are a nightmare to deal with. I recommend that your employer does not use ADP for Flex spending.
They are dishonest, unreachable, unaccountable. Calling in to ADP is a very unpleasant task.
They hope that you will give up and go away.
