Frustrated

If ADP sold cars or lumber or bread, Americans would walk, live in caves or eat bread less burgers. This companys service product makes the old punch clock seem so much better today. My advise is that you just quit, stop offering your *** services. I would be so embarrassed, like a being with your great grandmother dressed up for her grand daughters prom, wearing a mini skirt and heavy blue eye shadow embarrassed. I have to say, you suck. Like a toilet.

Paycheck is wrong

My paycheck is wrong and getting cut often it 40 now it 32 hrs the payroll Manger is my mom I'm not happy about

Check sent by mistake

Unfortunately without my consent the first check was sent to my home address on 10/7/2021. Background delay/loss of employment

The company that recently made me a job offer just withdrew that offer due to ADP taking 2 1/2 weeks and still has not sent background. I have now lost a 45000+ bonuses job because of and I can't get anyone to reply why? Jeana N Hutton

Uncashed paycheck

I still haven't received my pay check. Not only that, my first check was sort like 15 hrs. I worked for my check and I want what i worked for. It's been 2 months and nothing.

Paystub issue

I contacted ADP support for an issue with a paystub question. A former employer used ADP Brazos logistics . When I went the. ADP site Brazos would not pop us site.However my current company I work for popped up on the site Petroleum Distribution. Another company I worked for also popped up called Texas Transeastern. ADP did returned my but could not help in this matter. ADP mention it could be another ADP department.

Customer service is horrible, make me wait over one hour

every time I call, nobody answers, make me wait more than 1 hour. They are horrible customer service.

I need a new check and change my name on my adp account

I need to change my name from john to Jonathan on my adp account. And reissue a new check with my updated name. My official name is jonathan and I couldn't cash my check. Thank you. 508632****

My direct deposit check

I'm calling to follow upon my pay check for September 17 prior to thatc I called ADPt to inform y'all to not send my direct deposit to my account because my bank account was hacked and some claims were made but not by mec it put my account in the negative outrageously so I call adp so they would write me out a paper check cause I work hard for my money and I didnt want the bank to take it for something that I didnt do it was done to me Now adp sent my check to that account specifically after that I was told I will get a paper check but when checks came out in I went to pick mines up all I got was a paycheck stub telling me it was deposit in that account account me it was deposit in the account account

ADP i, Pitiful as company to respond to employers and employees. I have spent over an hour, on line and by phone with no help whatsoever. I am sure my employer pays a lot of money to you and may be satisfied, BUT this employee rates you as -0000000.

Total Frustration

ADP took money from my account without notifying me. I can't get through either by phone, chat or email to find out about it. This has been going on for months. We are one and a half years into Covid-19 When will ADP stop using it as an excuse to not allow customer contact. Don't use ADP
