ADP - Customer non-service
I called about an existing claim. The person taking the call would listen to my question then wait with about 5 minutes of silence - then I would ask if he was still there and he would give a partial answer to the question.
My impression was definitely that he was trying to get me to give up so that my claim would not be processed and they could keep my money. I asked why they had not communicated status on my claim (it had been a full month) and he said that they had mailed something. I told him it was strange for US mail to take over 3 weeks to deliver and he seemed uninterested. I asked him to have it sent again and he claimed he did - here we are 2 weeks later and no letter.
I did verify my address with him so that is not the issue - I really suspect he just lied to me. At very least, demand that your employer use a better service - these guys do not care about their customers.
