Change email and number
ADP is the official 'Zombie Apocalypse.' I tried to contact a customer service person for 2 weeks, calling every phone number associated with ADP customer service. No humans were available.

I can't register in my ADP, it doesn't accept my phone number.
I need my W2 urgently, I dont work with that employer anymore and never received my W2. I need to register in the ADP but I cant because it doesnt accept my phone number or email as a verification step.
Im running out of time to do my taxes. I already call HR with my ex employer and also ADP and they couldnt help me.

Got a new phone number
I have a New phone number I need to set up in my ADP app to get in to it I need to put on it so I can get in to the app

Customer service needs to have more contact with customers and not having to rely on the automated system cause it a headache to talk to a live person

Need help logging in
It says my account is suspended. Will not let me reset my password.
Takes me back to my old phone number that is no longer valid. My employer said she updated my information but the app doesnt work

No customer service
They made an error on payroll, which is something you just can't do in this economy. Then they won't let you talk to a person, even when online and your own company's payroll department has nothing to do with the issue, and it's after company hours.

Its MY choice what I want or need to do with MY deductions and MY money and you guys just make EVERYTHING so difficult.
You say that you cant help me over the phone it has to be done online then I cant do it online either. I just NEED to go exempt at this time its really important.

You cant speak to a person!!! Totally unacceptable!!!
No option to speak with a human. No one wants to pay people to speak with customers in order to help them.
You rely on logging in to your account, and that is not guaranteed to do it correctly. This totally sucks!!!
Preferred solution: My money rolled over somewhere else.

I can not access my account and I can not talk to a real person to update my personnel information.
I have a new cell phone number and a need personnel email address and I would like to speak to a real person, so they could please help me with this issue. I am not happy at all not being able to review my pay information.

Resolved: Technical difficulties or system issues when applying for jobs online
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was able to put in my application after all, seems as though the issue got resolved.
Since my last contact nothing has happened, nothing was done but thanks for following up. I am still not able to complete my online application for employment, because it gets stuck on the information/profile screen, and won't go beyond that screen.
It gets stuck in processing both when I clock on apply from that job search screen on the application, and from clicking on the job from my inbox in my account online.
If you can suggest another way to apply please let me know, I would appreciate that. Or let me know when the problem is resolved.

My old employer sold there company over two years ago my new employer afp they switched over I can't access my pay stubs W2 or any of my pay roll I need access to my old employee id from my old employer and my new employee id from my new employer so I can file taxes and view my benefits pay stub wages etc.
