I need to access my pay stubs and to that extent, change my phone number. Got transferred 3 times, one of which was an expired phone number but to their credit, it included the new number.
The specific chain of numbers was; 866-360-****, 800-416-****, {844-345-**** EXPIRED}, 844-345-****.
I love the 345 hot line, the end changing implies they've changed their number about 4000 times lol. This was all after dialing up their main numbers, the only ones included on ADP's website btw, all of which lead to robots.
Please keep in mind, I haven't accomplished anything with this, this is just two hours of phone number wrangling. If ADP A) Included email verification, B) Excluded phone number verification, and C) ALLOWED THE USER TO CHANGE THEIR OWN GOD DAMNED NUMBER ON THEIR OWN, then I wouldn't be here.F U ADP, crumble and burn.

Horrible experience, too many websites, too many logins!
MyAdp.com, Workforcenow.adp.com, myKplan.com...and the list goes on. When my company sadly decided to use more ADP services, I cringed.
ADP still hangs on to my info from 5 companies ago and asks me if I want to login in for that company too! CRAP!
Recently completing open enrollment, I was sent to "myAdp.com that looks exactly like Workforcenow.adp and this is very confusing. Fixing the login for one, broke the login for MyKPlan...45 minute hold times.
The takeaway: ADP's internet team need to study how to make seriously good UI, then create just one website. Add individual "tiles" for Insurance, Retirement plans, wellness, etc for each user or company.
Turn then on or off as applicable.
This would greatly simplify life. But I guess they just aren't that intelligent.
