401K monies owed

I worked for a company for a short while and wanted to get my 401K MONEY transferred but got the run around and took forever to speak to someone... They tried to help but got nowhere... still looking for MY MONEY !!!

I have been receiving for quit some time about my personal employee checks not being cash the last 3 pays of my checks from ADP. I no longer work under ADP payroll, and agency who were in charge of the Payroll services using ADP for my company will not give or credit my payroll checks to me. I sadly would say they are trying to take money that rightfully belongs to me during my employment time under their services. I would like to personally request if new checks for the amounts still unpaid to me, Ana Rosa Montelongo. Be sent through mail at my direct Address: 3232 Merlot Drive, Lakeland, FL 33811 Info on letters I received from ADP sent out to me. - EE#: 000002 - Br/Co: KD/2G4-A - Reason: STL - Total Amount:$ 1,410.49 CR The Company I owned is: Chueys Concrete Pumping Services, LLC. But is no longer an active working company. And all bank accounts are closed to this company. Chase and Truist banks are the 2 banks used for this company.

Lack of personal touch unable to get tax information as an employee. Do not ignore this message just because it is not within your context...My problem is that no matter what part of adp.com I tried to log into sign up with or register it recognizes me but will not relinquish information it rejects my phone number but it obviously remembers the four employers that I have worked for and list them accordingly. I have contacted my former employer their atrias company their HR department I've been referred to several places ADP as well as work number.com.. so on and so forth your website your company is absolutely bulletproof and is not employee friendly. You have every employer I've ever worked for that uses a d p. But none of your non-personal absolutely corporate money greedy freaking God damn apps and forms reject me. User's recommendation: Doesn't really matter just seems like a huge corporate financial institution that keeps everyone at arm's length. If you are an employer and you care about your employees you would find another company that has an absolutely separate portal and very personal area for them to use and interact with.

Account was locked because I added a email address..I was assured that it will only take 1 hour that turned into 2 days and its still not unlocked I do business with my card and cant now causing me penalties.. now there saying the process is starting all over because the needed my ssn these 3rd party companies need to speak better and need better customer service skills. Very upset because nobody can tell me anything..will be leaving this company and will not recommend to anyone

I recommend a federal prison because they have nicer amenities. Allenwood, PA is a good choice for incarceration ; it was good enough for the Watergate conspirators. The IRS should have copies of the info you seek.

Hello, I am in the middle of the Civil Rights case that is currently in the US District Court Western District of Louisiana (Shreveport). I am needing to prove that the company that I worked for attempted to bribe me by adding extra hours and once I refused I was released from my job. I know I will need to file a Motion of Duces Tecum in order for the judge to allow it. I am having to file my case in forma pauperis because I cannot get a lawyer to assist me. This information will be very critical to me supporting my case. I am seeing the following address for the Headquarters: 1 Adp Blvd Roseland, NJ 07068 United States of America I just need a confirmation that this will be the address that I will be able to send the subpoena in order to get the information. Also, If you can provide me with the name of an individual that I can name in the subpoena in order to retrieve the information. This has nothing to do with ADP.
