Adp Sucks!!!

Trying to reach this company is an absolute nightmare when you have an issue. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service

I would like to get what I already pay for.

Frustrated

If ADP sold cars or lumber or bread, Americans would walk, live in caves or eat bread less burgers. This companys service product makes the old punch clock seem so much better today. My advise is that you just quit, stop offering your *** services. I would be so embarrassed, like a being with your great grandmother dressed up for her grand daughters prom, wearing a mini skirt and heavy blue eye shadow embarrassed. I have to say, you suck. Like a toilet.

Background delay/loss of employment

The company that recently made me a job offer just withdrew that offer due to ADP taking 2 1/2 weeks and still has not sent background. I have now lost a 45000+ bonuses job because of and I can't get anyone to reply why? Jeana N Hutton

Customer service is horrible, make me wait over one hour

every time I call, nobody answers, make me wait more than 1 hour. They are horrible customer service.

Worst customer service

I am fighting with AdP over cancelling my health benefits. The customer service is in another country and keeps getting my request wrong. They tell me I cant cancel even tho I sent in all the paperwork they requested. I will quit my job due to adp. The worst!

Benefits info

ADP is the worst Ive ever dealt with. You absolutely can not speak with a live person. Judging from the overall score it looks like most people have had the same experience or worse. Im only giving 1 star rating because I cant give less than that.

401k issue not attended to.

ADP actively avoids employees of companies/clients with no direct support to resolve issues/concerns with payroll, and 401k. All phone numbers disconnect you, and provide no options for employee support. ADP shorted my 401k transfer with no explanation of why, or excuse to justify it.

User's recommendation: Manage your own money, take pay in check form, and don’t take 401k invest your own money for retirement.

Errors with the servers EVERY SINGLE payday

ADP - Errors with the servers EVERY SINGLE payday
If I try to process payroll on Thursday for Friday, the servers are so slow and stall out and I have to keep logging back in. I try to process it Wednesday night to get ahead of the game. Processed over half the payroll, then it just stopped responding. I called for help and after holding for 1 hour, gave up..

User's recommendation: Find any other payroll provider. Their servers are horrendous.

Lack of transparency from ADP, failure to keep promises.

ADP acquired a PEO that was handling our payroll. The PEO assured us that the rate for service would remain unchanged. In speaking with ADP rep assigned to us, again, was assured that our rate would not change. When we received the proposal, it was more than triple the current rate. Over a period of two months, several promises were made by both the PEO and ADP rep and manager. NONE of those promises have been kept. Our current payroll service has now ended, and I assume that ADP believes that we will come around to agree to their pricing.

User's recommendation: Find a local company, privately owned, that will tailor a plan to fit your company's budget and needs. ADP seems to use a set fee schedule, regardless of whether your employees are full or part time, and without consideration of what actual costs are (workers' comp, etc).

Unable to access more than one w-2 o website

I believe I have a tech issue, Employers show as an option but, unable to access more than one w-2. Started with former employers, followed directions to access. Support for this is not an option through ADP beyond repetitive, " ADP cannot; contact your employer!"

Can't login in

tried 12 times to login to account. Every time I get message no such account. MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY!. After careful review of adp software I say this company sucks! no support! Complete waste of time. DO NOT USE, ADP WILL NOT WORK!
