Incompetent beyond belief

ADP withdrew over 10k from my account. I knew something wasn't right. I called in, after 3 hours of phone conversations with three different supervisors, they realized their technician accidentally entered 574 hours for an employee that hasn't worked for me for months. The fraud investigation of course take 7 business days, and I can't process payroll until then. If I had not caught this mistake, I would have been out $6,000. Using ADP for payroll may just cost you your business

Paying for something that I don't have

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
When I opened up my bank account with US Bank I was referred to ADP. ADP representative sold me on more services like the IRA for retirement. After 2 months I canceled my IRA and received a check in the mail. ADP has been billing me still for the IRA every month taking money out of my account causing me to go negative. With overdraft fees and the money they have been taken so far ADP owes me $400. I have only process the payroll 2 times in February. I cancelled my account with ADP and I have a confirmation number for it and I steal as of yesterday received an overdraft Plus ADP has pull $200 out of my account without me knowing. At this point I'm paying for something I do not even have a paying for a service that I I am not subscribed to all I want is my money back plus the overdraft fees paid by the bank. ADP does not communicate with each other their company lacks communication with all departments. I am just a customer and now that I'm not the customer anymore I am still paying for a service that I do not even have.

Circus of Anything Goes

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I live and work in Texas - ADP, without authorization CHANGED my taxes to Colorado and started taking Colorado State taxes out of my pay check for 2 pay periods. I called to notify ADP that I am NOT in Colorado, nor did I authorize any changes.

ADP changed my tax base back to Texas (no state tax) and called me to say "You will need to file your Federal Taxes to recover the $152 Colorado taxes". WHAT??? So, I guess if ADP inadvertently charged my work-hours to Sally, it would be MY responsibility to get my money from Sally?

Maybe my claim to Texas Labor Board can straighten ADP out on this one - right? Thx, CjB

Adp's website is trash and the mobile app has not worked onc

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Every couple days the adp payroll login page just redirects you back to the first log in page everytime i try to click the log in button. And the app is garbage too. I have never even successfully logged into the app because everytime i enter my screen name and go to put in my password the site converts the letters in my s/n into capitals which makes it no longer the correct s/n.

For several weeks either the server is down or the portal is down. Today is payroll day and can't process payroll. I called customer service twice and was told sorry we have nothing to tell you. When I complained about this being a continual issue I was told. Sorry again. I have told my company we should consider going someplace else. There are plenty of payroll processors out there

Resolved: Been over 12 months I still cannot logon to ADP

Updated by user May 31, 2017

The company responded to phone requests initiated by my company's controller. After about an hour on the phone with them, working with two different people, they were able to resolve my problem. I can now log-on to my account.

Original review Apr 29, 2017
ADP is horrible. Customer Service is Non-existent I've tried using my username and password and they never let me onto the system. My company's Controller who is in charge of payroll has rest my password several times. I can than login but it immediately tells me to reset my password. After I reset my password, I get locked out again. My Controller tells me to phone ADP. I've tried every number on their website and have yet to speak with a human. Every call to ASP is a recording message that eventually sends me back to asking me to contact my company's Controller/Payroll person again. This has been going on for months now. Very Frustrated :(

The company has been horrible to deal with. My employer changed over from a wonderful flex spending account that we had for years to ADP this past year.

I don't know what their issue is but I receive emails saying "we cannot validate these statements" and they need copies from doctor's offices. So what they are telling me that if a statement says "Joe Doe Dentistry" with the address, date of service and the service rendered and my co-pay amount.....they are not understanding this?

Since January of this year, I have had to send them copies of 13 bills.

This is ridiculous. And if you don't send them within their timeframe, your card gets cut off.

I can only hope my employer changes companies this July.

I agree ADP is the worst! Their log-in is a joke and customer service, we'll it's worse then their log-in.

I finally was able to get get someone to pick up the phone. She wanted to charge me to let me print my own check stub, from my own printer.

Closes case without resolution

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We canceled ADP in October however we had quarterly returns that needed to be revised and had to be done through ADP. We sent the amendment in November.

They didn't call back until 12/30/2016 to instruct me we needed to go into the system and do the corrections. We advised that the login credentials have been removed and unable to do the corrections on our end and see if they can do it on their end. Their response is to call and figure out how to login to their system and do the correction. They said this case will be closed and can reopen once the corrections are made on the system.

Thanks. Can you at least give us a chance to get our login credentials back to do the corrections first before closing our case? And thank you for waiting two months to get on the case on the last business day of the year, during holiday season. Maybe this was done in spite.

Not regretting we terminated your service. Absolutely unprofessional.

So once again I am writing a review for the same issue I have every month for 5 months now. I pay my payment 2 weeks in advance and still on the 5th of every month I have to call ADP to have them get my plan updated so I can get my husbands meds!! EVERY MONTH. I call, complain, send emails....and nothing gets fixed, even though I am told every month that it is now fixed!! I request to speak to a manager/supervisor and they take my information and then nothing. No calls back, no resolution. This has to be the worst company to deal with. They just cant seem to figue out what they are doing

Couldn't agree more. We have been fighting to get our coverage started since last month.

We have the receipts for payments. But no insurance. I can't believe how unprofessional they are. Yet there is nothing we can do.

Hours and hours on phone yet nothing.

So frustrating.

Cobra Plan Update for Prescriptions

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This is the worst company. I pay my cobra 2 weeks early every month, and every month when we go to get our meds we are told that our prescription plan has denied us because we have not paid our premium! I even spoke with a supervisor and was told that this would not happen again. Well it did. What a *** company and the service is as well. You make a call and they keep you on hold for 8-10 minutes just to speak with someone. But if you miss your payment on the due date they will drop you like a fly!! The medical insurance in this country sucks!! Its about greed and money and not the customer.

Horrible Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Their website sucks! They take forever to answer your emails. When you call it takes forever to talk with someone and then they don't do anything anyway. I am waiting for 3 months health insurance premium reimbursements of almost 1300.00 (two which were sent in months ago) and still have not received anything! What??? Do they just lose your paperwork??? Also they say you can upload claims online and I have tried numerous browsers to view their site and nothing works! Wish there was another company that could take over my Flexible Speding Account! Anyone else have these type of problems with them????

Scammer

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
They are out to get your money. I totally agree with the other reviewers. I had 2 doctor's visits for my daughter. We submitted the receipts. Both got denied. Why? Because they can't tell what kind of the charge it was. Does it matter? My receipt is from the doctor's office with office letter head. The date of service, my daughter's name, birthday, and the reason for visit - Office visit - 99213 . Hello, it's a legit receipt. But they denied it. They said in order to get my $25 copay back, the receipt has to say "co-pay" on it. It also needs to have the stamp and sign by my doctor. That's just ridiculous.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FROM DAY ONE

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I had an account consisting of payroll and Flexible Spending for parking through my employer. I was leaving that employer in May 2014 and still had a significant balance in my Flexible Spending account. They told me that I could only withdrawal approximately $250 a month (per IRS) from the Flexible Spending Account, but I had over $600 in the account. The catch was that I only had a receipt for $300. This all came about because I had taken a leave of absent the previous fall so there was 2 months that I did not have to pay for parking, but that was stilling being deposited in that account from my pay check. At that point, they told me that I would have until January of 2015 to submit receipts to claim the money or I would forfeit the remaining balance. As wrong as that is, considering everything in that Flexible Spending Account was my money I figured with the miscellaneous parking I would have throughout the year that I would be able to recover some if not most of it. Now 3 months later I have parking receipts that I was trying to submit and could not gain access to my online account. Which by the way was nothing new. So I called customer service and they tell me that when I left my previous employer that I was offered COBRA and by enrolling in the COBRA plan I would have access to the Flexible Spending Account. The other side of that is that I have insurance so why would I pay the huge fees for COBRA to just get access to the other accounts. That does not make any sense. So in a nut shell, I have probably lost approximately $400 to $500 dollars. Which only leaves one question "Who should I call and congratulate for the bonus or raise that they received with my money?" because you know that money will not sit in limbo forever. Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. So my advice to anyone that see the name ADP regarding Flexible Spending type account is run for the hills or except to take a loss.
